Our Story
Built on experience, driven by purpose
Chista was founded by practitioners who had spent years inside the industries they now advise. We saw the same problems repeated across businesses of every size: complex legislation poorly understood, risk assessments filed and forgotten, and training delivered with no connection to the work people actually do. We built Chista to change that.
Today we work with businesses across the UK and are actively expanding our reach into Africa, where the demand for practical, affordable, and accredited Health and Safety support is growing fast. Wherever we work, our approach stays the same: listen first, then deliver something that actually fits.
