A risk assessment is a systematic examination of your workplace to identify potential hazards and determine the controls needed to reduce the risk of harm. Under the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, all UK employers are legally required to carry out suitable and sufficient risk assessments. If you have five or more employees, your findings must also be recorded in writing. We can carry out assessments on your behalf or review existing ones to ensure they remain fit for purpose.
